By purchasing from SHOPXNOW, you hereby agree to our rules:
1. Payments are to be made within 24hours, following which your item(S) will be automatically given to the next buyer on the waiting list.
2. Should you fail to make payment within the allocated time, you will be added to our blacklisted page.
3. Parcels will be mailed out within 3-5 working days after a verification email is sent.
4. Confirmed purchases will be given priority.
5. Please fill in the order form for your purchase to be considered. Please do not email us. Items will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
6. Should you not receive a verification email from us after 24hrs, please check your junk mail.
7. All ibanking payee, you must provide us with your ibank nick for verification.
8. For atm transfers, we require a clear snapshot of your receipt. Scanned receipts are not accepted.
9. Without a clear snapshot, we will be unable to verify your order and your order will void.
10. We will then not hesitate to report fraudulent cases to the police.
11. We seek your kind understanding to allow us at least 24 hours to get back to you. Please email us to check again if we do not respond by then, in case your email does not reach us.
12. No exchanges/ refunds/ negotiations will be allowed.
13. We will not be held responsible for any lost mails and damaged parcels. Do opt for registered mail if you feel the need to do so for bulky items like bags/shoes.
